It would be impossible for a 9x19mm round to penetrate the armor of an armored truck, regardless of the composition of the bullet. Believing the traffic lights were tampered with, Ryan and Calleigh investigate, learning that the lights were controlled by a device registered to Jake Berkeley, Calleigh's ex.
